As we continue to grow, we are seeking an on-site Accounting Associate to work in our San Francisco Corporate Office in accounts payable and other essential accounting functions. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Entry-Level Accounting Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Process and record vendor invoices in the accounting system Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances Assist in performing account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files Assist with bank reconciliations and other general ledger entries Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing and payments Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks Who Are You? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Internship or part-time experience in accounting a plus, but not required Basic understanding of accounting processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
