The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of routine

maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a

healthcare facility.

This position will assist the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor in performing

routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.

This position also involves responding to work orders, ensuring compliance with

safety and health regulations, and supporting the facility\'s overall cleanliness and

functionality.

Qualifications include a valid Kansas drivers license, high school diploma or GED,

the ability to lift 40-50 frequently, and general knowledge of plumbing, electrical,

and carpentry. 1-2 years of maintenance/custodial experience is desired.

Screening and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
