Main Responsibilities

Reception and Communication

Greet visitors, drivers, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.

Answer and route phone calls using respectful, formal office language.

Distribute mail, packages, and documents promptly.

Maintain aneat, professional appearanceand represent the company image at all times.

Focus on work tasks without distractions.

Time Clock Oversight

Monitor employee clock-in/out activity and ensure accuracy.

Prevent unauthorized or buddy punching on the time clock.

Report anomalies to HR/administration.

Compliance Support (Drug and Alcohol Testing)

Assist with scheduling pre-employment, random, post-accident, and follow-up tests.

Provide courteous support to drivers during testing.

Maintainstrict confidentiality (HIPAA/DOT rules).

Driver Check-In and Documentation

Collect and review receipts, tolls, and log documents.

Guide drivers on incomplete or missing paperwork.

Support Spanish-speaking drivers if bilingual.

Administrative Assistance

Perform scanning, printing, filing, and document organization.

Keep reception and office areas tidy and professional.

Support compliance filing and recordkeeping when needed.

Requirements

Skills and Professional Profile

Excellentverbal and written communication skillswith formal office etiquette.

Strongpresentation, hygiene, and professionalism.

Ability to stay focused on tasks withno personal distractions.

Basic knowledge ofFMCSA drug/alcohol testing regulations(preferred).

Proficiency infiling systems, scanners, copiers, email, and spreadsheets.

Strong sense ofconfidentiality and discretion.

Adaptability to arotating receptionist rolein a dynamic office setting.

Bilingual (English-Spanish)highly preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
