Job Description:

Apply strong Thai cooking skills to prepare and cook authentic Thai

dishes.

Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such

factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.

Responsible for the quality of food by ensuring that the dishes are

authentically delicious

Prepare Thai specialty sauces as main sauce for stirred fry dishes.

Supervise and train less skilled cooks in the Thai culinary arts

Create new menu for monthly special promotion.

Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that

standards are met

Checks the quantity and quality of received products

Checks stock levels and ordering supplies

Determines production schedules and staff requirements necessary to

ensure timely delivery of services

Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices

Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and

safety

Wage : \$34,278-\$38,896/year

Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
