RXO Managed Transport, LLC seeks Principal, Business Analysis and Integration in Dublin, OH.

Duties: Analyze, document, configure and test Oracle Transportation Management (OTM); identify and implement improvements to existing operational systems. Deploy systems and training for new and converting clients while providing continuous support to existing clients. Develop value-added approaches to Transportation Management System (TMS) project challenges through analysis, innovation and experience. Collaborate with internal and external customers, business development and IT teams to employ Lean principles to develop solutions and standards for complex and critical assignments. Configure solutions in TMS based on defined business requirements. Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management. Manage multiple complex projects.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Operations or Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or closely related IT Field plus 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, OTM Solution Architect, Software Engineer in transportation and logistics or equivalent operational experience. Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor's experience in all of the following: (1) Full Life Cycle Implementation of Oracle Transport Management Solution (Oracle VCE); (2) Additional Enhancements to Existing Oracle Implementations; (3) Supporting Existing Oracle Implementations; (4) Training Users on the Implemented Oracle Product; (5) Onsite Coordination; (6) Requirements gathering and documentation, solution design, and GAP analysis. 40% travel required to client sites and other control towers within the continental U.S.
