GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This position oversees the day-to-day of the WATCH Training Center's Greenhouse operations and supports floor operations within the WATCH facility. This person will provide direct care training of person(s) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Greenhouse Supervisor will supervise Workshop Specialists and Client Workers in the Greenhouse and provide additional support within the facility ensuring quality vocational habilitation services are provided to the consumers of the WATCH Training Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in behavior health care, human services or business field with a demonstrated pattern of progressively more supervisory positions and/or assignments, and a competency in administrative duties.

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and criminal background check.

Valid driver's license required.

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience with:

Supervision of staff

Training and implementation of basic behavior management processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that vocational and employment programs are implemented and maintained in accordance with agency and funding source standards.

Ensure that documentation properly supports the various services being provided and are prepared in accordance with funding source requirements.

Ensures that WATCH consumers/employees are provided the opportunity for meaningful and compensable work.
