We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle customer calls

Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Experience with data entry and customer-facing software

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume call centers

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Experience with data entry and customer-facing software

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

?Hours:

Mon-Fri 10:30-7pm

12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. OR 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mon -- Fri

7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
