Join a growing Michigan company providing janitorial and floor maintenance for over 60 years. We are accepting applications for a full-time Supervisor in the Tri-City area (Saginaw). The supervisor oversees the associate's scheduling, training, safety, and quality inspection.

Purpose: Ensuring safe and efficient operations by managing accounts and employees to deliver high-quality services and maintain the company's profitability.

Shift: Full Time Evening Shift

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

Directly control budgeted man-hours for assigned locations.

Inspect assigned locations using Otuvy to ensure that work performed satisfies company and customer quality standards to ensure account retention.

Assist management in developing and improving work schedules.

Train personnel for each site you are responsible for.

Ensure all applicable safety standards are being adhered to.

Reallocate work as required due to personnel shortage or special requirements.

Resolve day-to-day operations problems and make management aware of them.

Ensure all RBS/Client rules are adhered to.

Coordinate and motivate subordinates and their workloads. Clearly understand actual hours versus control hours and how these impact the account and company.

Build good rapport and communications with immediate subordinates.

Solicit employee ideas, solutions, support, and participation.

Keep subordinates informed.

Praise subordinates and recognize good ideas.

Give employees honest feedback of job
