What You'll Be Doing

Greet clients by phone, email, and in person with a friendly, helpful attitude

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, certificates, and ID cards

Build lasting relationships with clients who trust you as their insurance go-to

Support agents with renewals, follow-ups, and daily service needs

Keep client accounts accurate, organized, and up to date

Spot opportunities to help clients improve coverage and alert the sales team

Handle Payments, Count Money, and accurately balance a drawer

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive, and professional communicator

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable multitasking and staying organized

Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a bonus---but we can train!)

Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one

Team player who values community, integrity, and helping others
