*While we are located within the city limits of Crystal Falls, we are not in the heart of Crystal Falls, and are located near Peavy Falls Dam and approximately 20-25 minutes from Iron Mountain.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team, long term. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team in various administrative tasks.

Hours:

M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Coordinate office activities and operations, including, but not limited to: scheduling trucks for loading and unloading, organizing deliveries between vendors and customers, maintaining the balance of operations between shop foreman and office management, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment - Manage vendor relationships, oversee office supplies inventory, and help with supply and product ordering - Supervise office activities including mail, phone systems, email communications, bills payable, invoicing, submitting purchase orders, and maintaining filing systems

Help maintain current processes with accountant, business manager, and bank staff to ensure daily operations

Skills:

Proven experience in office management or similar role a plus - will train the right person! - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and office management software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
