Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $50,000-$65,000/year, depending on experience Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire The Sales Assistant will play a key role in managing the internal sales cycle, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position requires strong coordination, communication skills, and a proactive mindset. It is an on-site role based in Lakeland, FL, with a strong preference for candidates residing locally or in the surrounding area.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Generate and nurture sales pipeline through outbound calls/emails and follow-up on inbound leads. Prepare and send customer quotes; process orders and track them through fulfillment. Collaborate with logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Provide B2B customer service: respond to inquiries, deliver shipment updates, and manage incidents or claims. Maintain and update CRM records; prepare weekly activity, performance, and forecast reports. Monitor competitor pricing, lead times, and market trends; share insights with the sales team. Support the sales team with documentation, sample coordination, and follow-up from trade shows and industry events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or B2B Customer Service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Bilingual English-Spanish (required). Excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a strong results-oriented mindset. On-site availability in Lakeland, FL; strong preference for local or nearby residents. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
