Rio Grande Family Dental is looking for a Front Desk to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and direct patients and visitors to the right areas of Rio Grande Family Dental.

Answer incoming calls and return calls to patients in our ER.

Schedule patient appointments, check-ins and check-outs.

Check-in patients and take payments.

Scan incoming and outgoing patient charts.

Update insurance information in the EMR.

Update patient charts with new appointments and new insurance information.

Perform insurance verifications.

Manage our EMR calendar and patient waiting lists.

Maintain cleanliness of reception area, hallways, restroom etc.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have dental experience/terminology

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1 year of experience preferred.

Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.91 - $17.64 per hour
