OVERVIEW:We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineering Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to support projects for property owners, developers, architects, and construction partners. You will play a key role in the firm's success by providing both technical and managerial guidance, with hands-on involvement in the design, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the development and preparation of conceptual designs and layouts. Coordinate and deliver schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications in compliance with building codes and industry standards.
