POSITION DUTIES

Develop comprehensive financial plans by conducting in-depth client meetings and provide investment, tax, and retirement planning advice [40%]. Implement and oversee plan execution [20%]. Identify and engage prospective clients, implement referral programs, present at seminars and client appreciation events, and create marketing content [15%]. Mentor junior advisors, oversee team operations, optimize workflow efficiencies, and direct financial plan production [5%]. Represent the firm in the community, develop and implement marketing strategies, and lead key marketing activities [10%]. Maintain client management systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and review financial plans for quality and accuracy [10%].

REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) or four (4) year Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Management and must have at least one (1) year of experience using:

Core financial planning concepts;

Financial industry regulation, compliance requirements, and documentation procedures;

Hands on experience with financial software including Financial Wealthscape;

Explaining financial concepts to clients; and

Gathering and organizing client data

**This position requires a Series 65 License issued by the North American Securities Administrators Association and a Life/Annuity License for Michigan.

JOB LOCATION:**

3568 Wildwood Ave, Jackson, MI 49202 (

Minimum of 3 days per week at the

worksite. Quarterly domestic travel as needed, totaling at least four trips per

year (3--5 days each), to various U.S. states nationwide, depending on the

location of client meetings and industry conferences
