Richardson Sports is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team roster! If youve got the hustle to pick, pack, and ship like a proand the focus to keep your eye on the ballwe want you in our dugout.

Starting Pay: $14-16/hour (based on experience)

Your Position on the Field:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precisionthink of it as batting cleanup for our customers

Assist with inbound deliveriesunload shipments like youre snagging a ground ball at first base

Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jackswell coach you up so you can cover all the bases

Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth

Maintain a safe and organized warehousebecause a clean field keeps the team playing at its best

Stay flexible and ready to jump in where neededsometimes we need a utility player who can do it all

Education and Abilities:

High school graduate education or GED

Strong verbal communication skills

Equipment operation experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting
