Position may be full or part- time.

Duties: - Provide personal care and assistance to individual at home.

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and

toileting.

Assist with feeding and medication administration as necessary.

Perform Range of Motion exercises to maintain and promote flexibility.

Provide assistance in repositioning for healthy skin integrity.

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

for client.

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with client.

Monitor and manage behavior of individual with a cognitive impairment.

Support client in remaining at home and promoting their well-being.

Ensure the privacy and dignity of client.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in patient care or related fields is preferred , but

not required. Will train duties listed above if necessary.

Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to individual

with varying needs.

Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle with patience and

professionalism.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client, their

family and other healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Must be comfortable working in a a home environment and respecting

privacy boundaries.

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Background check will be performed.
