Focused Sales Expert with proven track record in high end sales

Skilled at working with existing sales efforts while also growing department

Key Responsibilities: (Strategic Leadership)

Execute and implement national sales strategy

Maximize sales opportunities with decision makers

Ability to investigate market trends, competition, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities

Assist in setting clear goals and KPIs for sales performance and team development

Effective communication internally and externally

(Team Management)

Ability to inspire and lead diverse team of outside salespeople

Foster collaborative and high-performing culture focused on accountability and innovation

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales

(Revenue Growth)

Assist in facilitating quantifiable achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets

Work with Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies

Develop pricing models, discounts, and promotions to max profitability

Short and Long-term sales planning

(Operational Oversight)

Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline and any progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales data

Data assessment (sorting, searching, optimization)

(Customer Engagement)

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Ideally a minimum of 4 years of sales leadership experience (managing multi-region or national teams)

Proven sales track record and hitting goals with high end products

Firsthand experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Exceptional strong and clear communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

BA in business admin, marketing, or related

Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends (AI or digital selling techniques)
