We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Ecommerce Technical Specialistto join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients by managing ecommerce integrations, troubleshooting shopping cart connections, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Key Responsibilities

Manage and support ecommerce integrations, primarily with Shopifyand WordPress/WooCommerce(experience with other shopping carts a plus).

Assist clients in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting shopping cart connections to our fulfillment software.

Solve technical issues using plugins, APIs, and other creative solutionswhen direct integrations are unavailable.

Work with data files(CSV, XML, etc.) to manipulate, format, and import/export between systems.

Use Excelor similar tools to analyze data and generate reports for both internal use and client reporting.

Utilize basic HTML/codingand automation tools (Shopify Flow experience preferred) to streamline processes.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical explanations and ecommerce insights in a clear, professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance improvements for client accounts.

Qualifications

Proven experience with ecommerce platforms, especially Shopifyand/or WooCommerce.

Familiarity with shopping cart integrations, plugins, and API workflows.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of HTML, logic/automation, or scripting(Shopify Flow, Zapier, or similar tools a plus).

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheetsfor data manipulation and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Experience working with data files(imports, exports, formatting) in an ecommerce or fulfillment setting is highly desirable.
