Rehbein Ford is seeking a skilled and reliable Master Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our team. ln this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse vehicle @types and develop a wide range of skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.

Complete routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Repair and replace worn or malfunctioning parts, including brakes, sensors, and other components.

Communicate with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about necessary repairs and maintenance.

Document all work performed and parts used accurately on repair orders.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

Assist other technicians and collaborate with the service team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with a minimum of 5-7 years. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Relevant ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Must have your own set of tools.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) with a twisting motion repeatedly throughout the workday.
