Job Overview:

In need of an individual to join our growing Cover Your Pergola department at Regal Plastics. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organization skills with ability to perform physical job tasks throughout the entire day. Will be joining a team of highly motivated people who prioritize professionalism, organization, and reliability. Our scaling volume and fulfillment of orders will demand great communication skills and positive attitude to execute on a variety of tasks in a demanding environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a distribution/warehouse operation

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a order fulfillment role

Responsibilities:

Packaging/fulfillment of orders that are to be shipped out of state.

Fulfillment of orders for local customers and Will Call pickups.

Loading/unloading trucks for Shipping and Receiving

Unloading stock trucks by hand

Keeping warehouse and stock racks organized

Assisting in inventory control

Installing our Cover Your Pergola roofing system on outdoor structures when needed - potential for this to become a large part of the role

Assisting in other departments when needed

Skill sets required:

Strong verbal and written communication

Detail oriented with all in attitude

Ability to use and understand task management methods to keep organized and efficient.

Ability to use basic Microsoft suite of products and willingness to learn other softwares/technologies implemented within company.

Ability to lift 30lbs overhead and perform physical tasks through the whole working day

Construction experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

No weekends

Work Location: In person
