JOB REQUIREMENTS: Return dictated reports in printed or electronic form for physician\'s review, signature, and corrections and for inclusion in patients\' medical records. Produce medical reports, correspondence, records, patient-care information, statistics, medical research, and administrative material. Perform data entry and data retrieval services, providing data for inclusion in medical records and for transmission to physicians. Translate medical jargon and abbreviations into their expanded forms to ensure the accuracy of patient and health care facility records. Correctly and efficiently document electronic medical records system. Accurately documentpatient treatment plans and patient education. Assist doctors with requests (equipment, supplies, medications) Perform preliminary screenings and testing. Maintain a professional, medical environment while in the exam room laws. Uphold patient confidentiality as the scribe works side-by-side with the provider during exams Adhere to strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA) *\ OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: \ proficient with computers and excellent communication skills ability to multitask in a fast paced practice with high patient volume \ excellent customer services skills \ high level of attention to detail

proven problem-solving skills High school graduate or higher ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Typical work week is 32-40 hours Monday through Friday, part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
