Non-CDL Drivers to join our growing team.

? Entry-Level Cargo Van & Box Truck Drivers: Starting at $21.50/hour

? Experienced Class A CDL Drivers: Up to $32.00/hour

Schedule

? Full-Time

? Primarily Monday-Friday

? 40-50 hour work weeks

? Local routes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area

? Home Daily

? No Overnight Travel for Most Routes

Equipment You'll Operate

Company vehicles are provided.

Drivers may operate:

? Cargo Vans

? Box Trucks

? Stake Beds

? Tractor Trailers

Vehicle assignments are based on qualifications, licensing, experience, and operational needs.

What You'll Do

? Provide safe, reliable, and on-time deliveries

? Follow assigned routes and schedules

? Track and document deliveries using company systems

? Deliver exceptional customer service

? Maintain compliance with all safety and DOT requirements

? Perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks

? Represent Redkey Express professionally with customers and partners

What We're Looking For

? Valid driver's license

? Good driving record

? Minimum age of 23

? At least 2 years of driving experience

? Ability to pass a background check

? Ability to pass a drug screen

? DOT Physical

? Experience with delivery tracking systems is a plus

? CDL drivers encouraged to apply
