Job description:

Office Management and Estimating Assistant (Admin / Estimating Intern)

Coordinate subcontractor outreach and collect quotes

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

Keep project management systems updated (ClickUp, Monday, or GHL)

Support leadership with admin tasks to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

Strong organizational and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience in construction admin or estimating (preferred, not required)

Fast learner who can adapt to new software

Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once

Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable

The Role

We dont just need an assistant. We need an Organizer someone who keeps this business on track. Youll handle office management, assist with estimating, and make sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. Expect to manage files, track deadlines, organize vendor data, and help prepare estimates and bid submissions. Youll coordinate between the office, field, and subcontractors to make sure nothing gets missed.
