Anodizing Production Line.

This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilitiesperfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and leading a team.

What Youll Do

Lead and schedule the maintenance team while coordinating outside service vendors.

Perform and oversee building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and the

Anodizing Line, including plating and CNC machinery, to ensure smooth production.

Order parts, track maintenance records, and report on cost-effective solutions.

Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards, enforcing workplace compliance and 5S organization.

Support production and quality teams with repair needs quickly and effectively.

What Were Looking For

2+ years of

supervisory experiencein maintenance, manufacturing, or facilities management.

Hands-on experience with

plating, CNC, and anodizing equipment.

Strong technical skills with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or machinery repair.

Mechatronics degree or training is a plus.

Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and collaborate with multiple departments.
