We are seeking CDL Class A - Hot Shot Truck / Semi Truck Drivers

*Set day off each week

We are looking for drivers to join our team at our Bridgeport , Ohio location. Driver will be responsible for hauling rig mats, pipe, tools and equipment to and from location, securing safe and legal loads. At this time, we are looking to fill 2 driver positions with individuals that live within close proximity to Bridgeport, Ohio and have Class A CDL Many of our jobs require a quick response time and drivers must be able to report to the shop with in a timely manner. Most of our work is oilfield related. Orientation and training is paid.

We run 3500 and 4500 flat bed trucks with 40ft and 30ft gooseneck trailers. We also run semis with flatbed and step deck trailers.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy trailer truck and load

Load and unload cargo

Properly track and document activity log

Report any issues or incidents to dispatch/management

Inspect truck before and after trip

Responsible for binding load properly.

Communicate that truck has current inspections and maintenance

Compliance with all D.O.T. requirements.

Must have ability to operate on lease roads safely with the ability to find job sites in a timely manner.

Ability to make numerous Hot-shot runs or local pick-up and delivery in a Company Vehicle safely and within the boundaries of the law.

Maintain up to date info for driver qualification records and driving records.

Ability and willingness to assist in the shop or field when not driving.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.

Complies with Company Rules and Regulation

Have experience operating a forklift, tele handler, skid steer

Have experience loading skid steer

Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck driving

Commercial driver's license - Class A CDL

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong work ethic

Pass a drug test

Have a good driving record

Have own transportation to and from work

Be reliable and on time

Ok with on call work schedule. Set day off stay the same each week.

Jobs will be dispatched from the shop in Bridgeport, Ohio.
