REBCO Machining, Inc. is a manufacturer located in Warminster, PA., and is looking for a full-time (8am-4pm), CNC Machinist / Operator to manufacture plastic and metal components on Vertical CNC Milling machines. Experience required.

To be considered for an interview, you must have the following major requirements and experience levels listed below, but not limited to:

HS diploma or equivalent, Certificate preferred

Reliably commute to Warminster/Ivyland, PA or planning to relocate before starting work

5+ years experience running CNC machine preferred

Be a problem solver and provide creative solutions on short notice

Possess strong functional, math and technical skills, be focused and pay attention to details and have good judgment

Overtime as needed, if required

Work as a positive team player, that can be counted on each day, all day

You will be responsible for the following:

Machine parts to specifications, using secondary operation machine tools

Read and understand drawings and operation sheets

Monitor the feed and speed of machines

Perform preventative maintenance tasks including filter and fluid checks

Completing first piece inspection of parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gages, gage blocks and pins, Visual Inspection equipment, etc.

Follow all prescribed and standard safety regulations

Complete required production and quality documentation accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work space

Shop maintenance i.e. sweep metal chips, etc.
