Job Description: We are seeking one to two reliable, skilled workers to join our team. The work involves extensive travel across the United States (typically 2--4 weeks at a time). Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Safely lift and handle materials weighing 40--80 lbs as needed

Thread pipes up to 3" and perform welding tasks

Assist with machine installation, millwright work, and mechanical troubleshooting

Perform basic electrical tasks, including rigid conduit bending, wire pulls (24V DC to 480V AC), and motor connections

Operate and maintain tools such as hammer drills, cordless impacts/drills, and cordless saws

Travel nationwide for extended assignments (2--4 weeks at a time)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in skilled trades, mechanical, electrical, or related work

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.

English speaking preferred (multi-language skills a plus)

Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of welding, pipe threading, and electrical work

Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $30/hour

$55/day per diem for meals and expenses

Travel pay and mileage reimbursement to and from job sites

Hotel accommodations provided while on assignment
