Job Description The Operations Manager is a high-impact leader who oversees daily business activities and resource allocation while championing a culture of safety to ensure all organizational goals are met without compromising the well-being of the workforce or regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Ensure that supervisors are aware of and adhere to plant safety rules and regulations. Works with the supervisors to develop a safety culture with zero accidents/incidents.
