Advancement opportunities On the job training DailyPay Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee operational activities at assigned station. To include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs, strategizing process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Manage all aspects of the daily operations as well as provide leadership and coaching to increase overall safety, performance, maintenance, flight operations, facility requirements and customer service; Assist the VP of Operations with station audits, provide information needed for airline reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions/concerns as required; Develop and expand working relationships and communications with Airport Authority and existing customer base; Communicate regularly on airline manual updates to provide information to employees and coordinate with the VP of Operations on investigations of any security issues, accident reviews and be a part of the review and recommendation process for safety measures taken to prevent further occurrences; Monitor maintenance on all material handling equipment and provide safety training for all base employees; Required Skills and Experience: BA/BS in related field of study required; Equivalent combination of education and personal experience considered; Successful completion of required background and clearance requirements;
