Hotel Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor

Hrs.:

Sun-Sat, 24-40 Hrs. per week 2PM-10PM and 10PM-6AM

All positions will start out as part time with the possibility of working into full time. This will depend on flexibility with scheduling and performance after training.

The ideal Guest Service Agent accommodates guests of the hotel, handles front office duties, has a high level of customer service skills, follows through with guest issues in a pleasant and organized fashion ensuring successful resolution and exceeding customer expectations. Takes all necessary steps to ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all guests.

What you will do: **

-Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests.

-Collects payment via point-of-sale system with credit, debit or cash.

-Issues room keys, instructing guests on parking, breakfast, housekeeping and check out times.

-Serves as the primary liaison to guests.

-Handles stressful situations, makes mature and knowledgeable decisions.

-Handles all guest complaints or problems to exceed the guest's expectations.

-Demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs and concerns; being committed to making every guest satisfied with their stay.

-Handles guests checking in or out in an accurate and efficient manner.

-Acknowledges top tier customers via the Choice Privileges Program. Room upgrade or property gift

-Serves as hotel phone operator and directs calls as needed.

-Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of peers and co-workers.

-Manages and controls assigned cash bank and balances shift within established procedures.

-Keeps work areas and lobby neat, clean and organized.

-Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.

-Always Conducts him/herself professionally, (acts and dresses appropriately)
