Qualitas Dental Partners is expanding in Rhode Island and seeking General Dentists to join our growing network of established practices. This is an expansion role due to increased patient demand.

Compensation & Perks

Daily guarantee ($800–$1,000 based on experience)
37–40% of collections after ramp-up
Sign-on or relocation bonus up to $15,000
Travel stipend for multi-location providers
Flexible schedules (4–5 days preferred)
PPO & private-pay patient base (no Medicaid)

Requirements

DDS or DMD
Eligible for Rhode Island licensure
Patient-focused and team-oriented
