Protech Staffing is currently seeking reliable, motivated

Warehouse Associates for

temp-to-hire opportunities in Grand Prairie, Texas. These positions are with a company known for maintaining a

Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas

Range of Pay: $16.50

Shift: 1st shift (4a-2:30p) and 2nd shift (3p-1:30a)- Monday - Thursday/OT on Fridays

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming stock and materials

Pick and fill orders

Pack and ship orders

Manage, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse

Inspect products for defects and damages

Maintain accurate inventory records

Adhere to safety standards and protocols

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Assist in the training of new warehouse staff

Stock items efficiently and ensure proper inventory levels

Load goods safely and efficiently shipping containers

Perform general warehouse work, including miscellaneous duties for processing, receiving, and shipping items

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended period.

Strong attendance and reliability are a must.

Team orientated; with a positive, can-do attitude

Willingness to learn

Work Environment:

Hot or Cold environment depending on time of year.

Fast-paced production environment, requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Shifts may include weekends, and overtime based on production demands.
