Purpose of Position:

Manages FMS Enterprise GFEBS helpdesk. Keeps FMS Customers current on all procedures. Manages and coordinates GFEBS efforts with this command, the Office of Program Management, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG), Security Assistance Training Management Office (SATMO), and United States Army Military Advisory Group (USAMAG).

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):

    Serve on the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Helpdesk for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

    Develop and resolve GFEBS Remedy Tickets correcting problems with the GFEBS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the GFEBS Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BOBJ) reporting systems.

    Develop GFEBS System Change Requests (SCRs) to develop the required new functionality not provided in the original GFEBS design.

    Assist and guide users with GFEBS problems concerning Unfunded Civilian Retirement (UCR), Special Nonrecurring Cost, Special Defense Acquisition Fund (SDAF), Payroll, Labor, and other Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial processes.

    Develop and Maintain Day in the Life (DITL) user procedures for Army FMS Community explaining how to execute and record FMS financial processes in GFEBS.

    Research and resolve FMS Financial Policy issues.

    Develop GFEBS BOBJ FMS Case, FMS Admin, SDAF, Building Partnership Capacity (BPC), etc. Financial Reports as requested by USASAC and the FMS Community at large.

    Lead in the clearance of prior and current year payroll/labor variance each Fiscal Quarter.

    Monitor, analyze, and revise, as required, GFEBS standard labor rates for USASAC.

  Provide USASAC Management guidance and assistance in analyzing and implementing new financial business processes including but not limited to G-Invoicing, BPC Long Term Solution, Enterprise Business Systems Convergence (EBS-C), etc.

  Consult with financial supervisors and financial team leads to reconciling task differences in GFEBS and systems of record.

   Keep FMS Customers current on all procedures.

   Manage Day in the Life (DITL) user procedures.

   Manages annual recertification of all GFEBS users for entire Command and Sub Commands.

   Assists with update of FMS AMC Enterprise for FY2025 Activity Code Dictionary.

Resolving non-system errors,

Presenting workshops and training

Experienced in all GFEBS process areas

Spending Chain and Reimbursables

Funds Management, Project Systems

Financial Management

Equipment and Assets

Real Property

Cost Management

Qualifications:

An Active US Government Security Clearance

Related Bachelor's degree

At least four (4) years of experience in supporting end users in the use of GFEBS/SAP transactions related to multiple GFEBS/SAP functionalities. Functionalities include Financial Accounting (Fl), Spending Chain (SC); Fund Management (FM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reimbursable Accounting (RA), Controlling (CO), Human Resources (HR), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E), and Business Intelligence (Bl).

At least four (4) years of experience in GFEBS/SAP SC processes to include processing of Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipts (GR/IR), and clearing documents.

At least four (4) years of experience in GFEBS/SAP reimbursable processing to include establishing sales orders, ensuring that collections have been processed, and ensuring that funding has been recorded in GFEBS.

Have knowledge in multiple GFEBS' functional areas.

Must know FMS Enterprise Tier II Help Desk Program for USASAC.
