Schedule

Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)

Monday -- Thursday: 8:00 AM -- 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM -- 4:00 PM

Location: Ebensburg, PA

Responsibilities

Answer high-volume inbound calls (60-80+ daily) and resolve customer issues

Respond to customer emails (20+ daily) and voicemail messages

Assist walk-in customers in a professional and timely manner

Set up new residential customer accounts accurately

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Dispatch service requests and generate work orders

Coordinate with internal teams for customer needs

Maintain call logs, files, and system updates

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Troubleshoot service issues and provide solutions

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or office experience

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

High school diploma required (additional education a plus)

Waste industry experience preferred

Additional Information

Full-Time, Non-Exempt position

Reports to Office Manager

Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs

Must handle confidential information with professionalism
