Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online vehicle sales efforts. In this role, you will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, engage with prospective customers through various channels, and drive high-end automotive sales. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and customer service will be essential in maximizing the dealership's revenue while providing an outstanding digital buying experience.

Required skills & qualifications

Exceptional telephone sales skills (confidence, control, and closing abilities).

Strong typing and computer proficiency.

Ability to structure automotive deals on the fly.

Proven ability to motivate and influence customers to choose Prestige Cadillac.

Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and elevate team members.

Strong understanding of the current automotive market and vehicle pricing trends.

Finance experience preferred.

Professional attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic.
