The Office Manager and Bookkeeper oversees the financial, administrative, and operational functions of PCTC. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting; supervising three staff members; and coordinating facility maintenance, vendors, and technology needs. This role supports ministry initiatives, ensures compliance with employment processes, and contributes to strategic planning. The position requires strong attention to detail, integrity, supervisory skills, and resilience, with experience in QuickBooks, financial management, and office operations.

Essential Functions: ? Bookkeeping: recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledger, reconciling accounts, manages accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements monthly ? Payroll processing ? Provides committees and staff with financial reports and insights ? Seeks ways for PCTC to be good stewards of revenue, trim budgets, and increase giving ? Facility management: vendor communications, oversee inspections, troubleshooting issues and communicating with Building and Grounds elders ? Collaborates with staff projects, ministry initiatives, issues of concern ? Participates in weekly staff meetings, monthly committee meetings of Finance & Generosity and Building & Grounds, and annual 2-day staff strategic planning session ? Handles processes for new hires: Publicize, paperwork, background checks, benefits, training, on processes and procedures ? Manages employment records ? Supervises 3 staff positions: Office Secretary, Kitchen Supervisor, and Custodian ? Initiates I.T. assistance and resources for computer systems, security, and communications

Minimum Qualifications: ? Stron Quickbooks skills; with budgeting, and managing financial records ? Some supervisory experience ? Minimum three years office experience

Physical Requirements ? Able to move freely in and out of buildings (church, businesses, etc.)

Annual Salary Range: $51k - $56k with competitive benefits
