Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in York, PA.

At PCC, you'll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether you're driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, you'll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!

Essential Duties of the Manufacturing Support Coordinator:

Review labor and attendance records for accuracy and correct discrepancies

Check and correct hourly labor entries in timekeeping systems

Enter inventory data into internal systems

Record weekly union overtime hours

Distribute internal mail and occasionally deliver mail to the local post office

Post hourly PTO reports to appropriate departments

Distribute and retrieve shop drawings and procedures to/from specified locations

Order and maintain office and miscellaneous shop supplies (e.g., tools)

Verify subcontractor time entries and follow up on discrepancies

Investigate and coordinate corrections to documentation issues identified by the Quality Department

Assist supervision in tracking work operation hours against expected performance

Communicate and collaborate effectively with both union and non-union staff across departments

Education/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or related discipline preferred

Two (2) to three (3) years administrative experience in business environment in disciplines such as manufacturing or human resources. Experience in a union environment a plus!

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills required. Must have a working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
