Financial and Construction Manager: Precision Corporate Services; Spring, TX 77380.

Evaluate and analyze financial documents, markets and performance reports, to quantify productivity or percentages of target completed and update or reformulate the areas where the objectives were not accomplished or are causing overruns. Elaborate contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with clients, professionals, suppliers and subcontractors. Determine labor requirements and dispatch staff to job sites or go to see new clients. Inspect, review and approved purchases to ensure efficiency, success, or accomplished of projects or products. Implement or lead businesses, such as company products or services, that have need of coordination with the residential manager of the company. Schedule project/product in logical steps and budget time required to maximize investments and in-crease profits. Structure and develop campaigns to allow the company to participate in public and private sectors where portfolio of product/services could be offered. This position will supervise one (1) General Builder, sub-contract, with a minimum of a high school diploma.

Requirements/Special Skills

: Bachelors degree Construction and Financial Management, or Construction Project Management, or Civil Engineering and 24 months of employment experience as a Financial Management. Must possess knowledge of safety policies, procedures and strategies to promote effective, local, state, or national safety operations including OSHA standards to meet compliance for protection of workers. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings. Demonstrable ability in business and management principles involved strategic planning, resource allocation, Human Resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. This position requires incidental travel to various construction sites located in Montgomery County and Harris County. The role involves visiting these sites to oversee project progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate with on-site teams.
