Supply Chain Manager -- Demand Planning (Power Mobile Life, LLC d/b/a Anker, Bellevue, WA)

Develop and maintain forecast models that accurately predict product or service demand, taking into account industry trends and historical demand patterns. Collaborate with management, inventory, supply chain, sales, and other relevant teams to enhance demand forecast accuracy and ensure alignment with business strategies. Analyze inventory flow and manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock while avoiding out-of-stocks and supply chain disruptions. Oversee promotional planning, seasonal planning, and item lifecycle and disposition to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Maintain a working knowledge of master data management and ensure the accuracy and integrity of product-related data. Work closely with Distribution Center (DC) operations, store ordering, and operations to ensure efficient and effective product distribution. Liaise with suppliers to manage planning and order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet consumer demand. Monitor and report on key changes to sales forecasts, business strategies, and budgets, adjusting demand plans as necessary. Implement solutions to improve demand planning processes and systems, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies. Lead and manage basic department management functions, including team leadership, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. As a subject matter expert, collaborate with the IT and supply chain innovation team to co-develop in-house ERP modules and databases, ensuring that these tools are tailored to support demand forecasting and inventory management. This includes defining project scopes, setting timelines, and leading cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Work closely with the Go to Market department and the sales team to manage all New Product Introductions into the North America market, involving coordinating with marketing to understand product positioning, aligning with sales strategies to forecast

demand, and collaborating with the operations and warehouse logistics team to ensure successful delivery and inventory placement. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to 10900 NE 8th St, Ste 501, Bellevue, WA 98004. Salary: $161,762 -- 177,619 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Logistician, Supply Management Specialist, or any occupation/position/job title involving analyzing and coordinating logistics activities.

Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience utilizing sales order management software applications including SAP ERP; 3 years of professional experience utilizing Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; 3 years of professional experience performing Production/Sales/Inventory modeling; 3 years of professional experience managing large datasets and transforming them into actionable insights using Advanced Excel and VBA Macros; 2 years of professional experience utilizing Inbound Shipment Tracking System and Warehouse Management System; 2 years of professional experience with demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain planning; 1 year of professional experience guiding, motivating, and developing a team.
