We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to deliver support to our General Manager while gaining hands-on experience across business operations and human resources

What You'll Do:

Administrative Excellence:

Maintain accurate employee records and files

Prepare and manage onboarding documentation

Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments

Support special projects and research initiatives

Oversee office supply ordering and general administrative tasks

HR Administration:

· Post job openings and review incoming resumes

· Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates

· Guide new hires through benefits enrollment and onboarding

· Conduct background checks and ensure compliance documentation
