POSITION: Administrative Assistant

2025-2026 ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR

DUTIES:

Compose, @type and distribute correspondence, reports, notices, etc.

Use of the PA system, 2-way radio, and multi-line phone system.

Maintains timesheets and absences for the elementary school.

Participate as a key member of the Emergency Management Team.

Answer phones, take messages and/or transfer calls.

Performs bookkeeping/accounting tasks for the elementary school.

Attend meetings and trainings as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Clear background reports through fingerprint submission

Minimum of two (2) years experience in the secretarial field and/or

specialized secretarial training in related field.

Experience utilizing the Windows operating system, Microsoft Excel, Word,

and Publisher, Gmail, Gmail Calendar, and Google Drive.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with Infinite Campus and Infinite Visions software.

WAGE: $20.38/ hour

SHIFTS: Full-time - 36 hours per week - 4 days per week

Working approximately 9 hours per day
