Job Overview Pigg Towing and Melton's Wrecker Service is looking to add a tow truck driver in Wichita Falls. We are looking for responsible motivated individuals to join our team. Towing cars is a hard work, fast-paced and never boring industry. If this sounds like something you would be interested in do not hesitate to apply! Must have a clean driving record, and pass a background and drug test. Experience is a plus, but if someone is the right fit we will train you. We pay a base weekly salary plus bonus for calls after 6pm and quarterly bonuses for total calls run.

Duties

Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles from various locations.

Load and unload vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and managing any conflicts that may arise during service calls.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to towing requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with tow trucks. .

Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
