POSITION OVERVIEW: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for assisting the Senior Accountant in support of the Accounts Receivable function, primarily for PF, as well as supporting the overall accounting and finance group. This position is responsible for safe work practices while complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage outstanding balances, and collection of past-due accounts;

Customer Portal entry of invoices;

Customer set up and Credit Evaluation;

Provide Customer Support internally and externally;

Assist with the Accounts Payable function for both PSI and PF;

General account management and reconciliation.

Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

2 yr. Associates or 4 yr. BA/ College degree preferred; focus in Accounting and/or Finance

3+ years in Accounts Receivables

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Microsoft Office including

Excel/Word

Outlook

Powerpoint

Familiarity with an ERP system (ECi M1 Preferred)

Previous work experience with Customer A/R Portals such as Open Invoice, Ariba, Taulia strongly encouraged.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

It is estimated that travel related to this position will be less than 5%.
