Job Duties:

Lead software design and development projects; requirements capture and analysis, resource and budget estimations and help drive project strategy and plan; ensure that scope as well as approach is fully understood by all stakeholders; manage project risks, including design and deployment of contingency plans; participate in elaboration, estimation and planning meetings to provide best estimate and scope of the development effort; provide guidance and subject matter expertise on application design and development; ensure quality of deliverables, maintain traceability of processes, standards and product quality conformance; and proactively identify, communicate and resolve project issues, and generate customized reports. Designing and implementing DevOps practices within an organization, bridging the gap between development and operations teams by creating automated, efficient pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), while ensuring the overall architecture aligns with business goals and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems. Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Also willing to accept a suitable combination of education and experience -- foreign bachelor's + 3 years of exp that equates to a US Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems. Two (2) years of experience as Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position.
