Deliver supplies to clients to optimize customer experience and minimize downtime

Deliver parts to technicians in the field to improve service efficiency and reduce response time

Accurately receive, organize, and manage branch inventory in a timely manner

Assist technicians with service calls and support service leadership on special projects as needed

Strong technical, analytical, and time management abilities

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction

Experience supporting a team and in collaborative roles

Troubleshooting or mechanical experience is a plus
