Front Desk / Receptionist

Location: Longview, WA

Reports to: Clinic Manager, Director of Operations

Hours: Part-time; up to 32hrs/week

Compensation: Hourly, $19-23

We're Performance Occupational Health Services; a small, local healthcare clinic supporting employee health and wellness.

We're looking for a reliable, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our Longview clinic. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly by supporting staff, managing scheduling, assisting patients, and ensuring a clean, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients

Answer and direct phone calls; return voicemails promptly

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

Collect and enter complete patient demographic info (DOB, phone, email, etc.)

Maintain balance in daily scheduling (e.g. stagger physicals, pre-employment, and fit tests)

Keep physical forms (physicals, ROIs, DOT, etc.) stocked and organized

Scan and upload patient IDs into our system (Systoc)

Complete and send documentation (APFs, DOT cards) accurately

Process payments and check faxes regularly

Maintain a clean, tidy front desk and breakroom area throughout the day

Disinfect shared items (pens, clipboards) and surfaces regularly

Who You Are

Dependable and punctual --- ready to start at 8:00 AM daily

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Clear communicator with a warm, professional demeanor

Able to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day

Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment
