PeopleShores is looking for a highly skilled, versatile, and experienced candidate to support a planned technology/business process outsourcing center in Jeffersonville, Ohio. We are looking for a candidate that has a managed services background and who's passionate about mentoring and molding individuals into career professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all operations at the Center including Delivery and Operations

Ensure all employees follow the company's best practices and code of conduct

Communicate effectively with employees and infuse pride in our mission

Create a positive work environment; motivate, and track performance

Take part in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and project delivery

Communicate corporate goals and objectives down to the associate level

Ability to collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth opportunities

Ability to communicate across organizational boundaries from associates to senior management
