Operators are responsible for all aspects of the production process, including: material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, and various support activities. The operator position duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the plants need.

This position is a good stepping stone for a candidate looking to start in the machining trade.

Formal education and training can be available.

[Essential Functions of the Position]{.underline}

Operate equipment safely and effectively as instructed for production processing.

Inspect and measure parts as instructed to maintain high quality output

Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly

Stay with your assigned machine(s) throughout the shift to achieve expected productivity

Work under the guidance of Lead Person and Production Coordinator to perform and complete assigned duties in timely manner.

Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

[ Wages & Benefits:]{.underline}

Hourly wage will be based on experience.

Weekly pay

Day shift hours (Mon -- Fri 6:00a -- 2:30p)

Must be available to work overtime as needed.

Weekdays until 3:30p and Saturday's from 6:00a -- 11:00a

Medical, Dental, and insurance available after 90 days.

13 paid holidays after completion of 90 day training period
