We are currently seeking a full-time warehouse shop employee.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintain stocking levels, ordering stock and special orders, checking in materials, stocking shelves and unloading incoming trucks

Assist other employees/techs as needed

Assist with keeping properties clean and maintained

Quoting jobs off a materials list provided by Technicians

Communicate with customers via phone & email

Assist with office day to day activities, including answering of the phone

Work with vendors to insure lowest material cost possible

Schedule jobs

Deal with unexpected events

Perform inventory counts

Assist with walk in customers

Check in and unbox appliances

Write work orders

Take payments and enter in QuickBooks, Enter new customer's info in QuickBooks

Perform other job duties as needed

Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must have the ability to problem solve

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Valid driver's license

Computer Skills (I.E. QuickBooks, Word, Email, etc.)

Ability to work as a team

Self-motivated

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (No weekends but must be willing if needed)
