Patriots Law Group is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to manage front office operations and support our legal team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is confident using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Clio, Box and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and client service in a legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors

Answer and triage phone calls; take clear, timely messages

Prepare, scan, and upload legal documents to electronic files

Monitor firm inboxes and internal calendars for task assignments

Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate mail and deliveries

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom)

Experience using electronic document management system to organize and manage folders/documents

Familiarity with Clio Manage or Clio Grow (or similar legal software)

1-3 years of administrative, front desk, or receptionist experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures precisely

Legal or professional services office experience is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
